Founded in 2023, Rohan Short is an independent quantity surveying consultancy based in Bristol and operating across the UK.

Our mission is to provide an exciting alternative to large multi-disciplinary consultancies by offering a dedicated, proactive, and innovative cost management solution.

Through our market-leading expertise, we help unlock project viability and maximise our clients’ return on investment. We focus on driving sustainable, affordable design and providing hands-on financial control and risk management.

Our team has extensive private development experience across multiple sectors, including commercial real estate, residential, hospitality, higher education, retail, healthcare, life sciences, industrial, logistics, and manufacturing.

Rohan Short is regulated by RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and accredited by GBC, the Good Business Charter.
