We are incredibly excited to share that Avon Capital Estate's landmark 454-bed PBSA scheme at 40-46 Albert Road has been granted full planning approval by Bristol City Council. Overlooking the River Avon and just a short walk to the heart of the Temple Quarter Campus, the development will span 17 storeys and feature a unique cruciform design. Rohan Short is proud to be providing QS services and the team is very much looking forward to moving into the next phase of design and procurement.
