With the start of the new academic year, the first term of our 2024/2025 RICS APC structured training programme began today, with a focus on construction technology. Our team presented a range of topics, including piled foundations, heating and cooling strategies for offices, and the risks of refurbishing existing buildings. Our regular APC forums are an important part of the Rohan Short structured training programme, designed to equip our graduates with the knowledge and experience to become well-rounded chartered surveyors.
