Continuing our journey as a new quantity surveying consultancy, we are happy to announce that Rohan Short is now accredited by Bloom Procurement Services. This exciting development enables us to access the Bloom NEPRO3 solution, a fully PCR 2015 compliant framework. NEPRO3 is ideal for public sector organisations, including local and central government, blue light services, NHS trusts, housing associations, education, and not-for-profits, to buy and manage specialist professional services. The NEPRO3 framework includes 20 categories and 383 subcategories of professional services. We are proud to be listed in the ‘Construction, Design and Engineering’ category, both as a provider of Cost Consultancy and Costing and Estimation Services.
