We were very happy to join the South West branch of Women in Property at Bristol Beacon today to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event included an inspiring panel discussion focused on the importance of inclusive recruitment and how companies can diversify recruitment practices. The power of role models was also a key topic. Panellists discussed the part we can all play in encouraging underrepresented groups, including women, to embark on a career in the construction industry.
