We are very happy to have provided pro bono support to 1st Keynsham Scouts on the appointment of DB Gibbons to construct a brand-new outdoor pursuits building at Chelwood Campsite. Construction is due to begin in early 2024. The new building will provide an exciting addition to the range of facilities available to 1st Keynsham Scout Group and other local youth organisations. Len Bridges, Chair of 1st Keynsham Scout Group commented “Rohan Short stepped in to help us pull together the JCT contract for our campsite new barn. They were so helpful with clearly outlining the requirements for us and our contractor making the contractual part of the building process easy to manage. The team are all friendly and this makes engagement very pleasurable."
