An exciting sign of progress this morning at Filton Retail Park in Bristol, as Bowmer and Kirkland’s all-important tower crane begins to emerge from the ground. It will enable the construction of SAP 4, a new 330-bed PBSA scheme delivered by Canada Life Asset Management in collaboration with the University of the West of England. Designed by Stride Treglown, Curtins, and Method Consulting, with project and development management by JLL, and planning by NTR Planning Limited, this new landmark will span nine storeys when complete in 2026.
