Adam joined Rohan Short in 2025. Based in London, Adam primarily supports our projects in the Capital and across the home counties. Adam qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 2018.
Adam began working in the construction industry in 2012, joining Faithful+Gould as a placement student while studying Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management at Nottingham Trent University. Moving to London in 2014, Adam joined Core Five’s specialist Sports, Arts, and Culture team. He worked on several landmark cultural projects, including the new Natural History Museum in Copenhagen and the construction of Woolbeding Glasshouse in West Sussex. Adam was also involved in a number of residential schemes across London, including the redevelopment of Parker House in Holborn to provide multiple prime apartments within a retained historical façade.
In 2020, Adam joined Alban, where he worked on various residential and commercial projects, including the Postmark development in Farringdon, a multi-phased scheme providing 681 new homes, over 20,000 sq. ft of commercial space, and a range of new public spaces. In 2024, Adam joined Business Critical Solutions (BCS) and was involved in the delivery of a confidential data centre project with a construction value exceeding £350m.
In addition to his work at Rohan Short, Adam is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and Counsellor and enjoys mentoring candidates through the chartership process. Adam also volunteers as an RICS LionHeart Ambassador.
