Oscar joined Rohan Short in 2025 following a successful career with Gardiner & Theobald in London.
Originally studying Environmental Science, Oscar completed a master’s degree in Construction Cost Management at the University of Reading before qualifying as a chartered quantity surveyor in 2018.
Prior to joining Rohan Short, Oscar spent almost a decade working on a range of prestigious residential and commercial developments across the Capital, as well as in Cambridge and Bristol. These included Marylebone Square for Concord London, a new-build apartment scheme with 79 prime units, and 100 George Street, the delivery of 41 luxury apartments in Marylebone for Derwent London and Native Land. He also managed 105 New Bond Street for a private investor, a new-build office scheme with a retained façade. Outside London, Oscar was heavily involved in the Devonshire Gardens development for Socius, a mixed-use scheme with 200,000 sq ft of office space and 243 BTR apartments. He also worked on the Soapworks development in Bristol for Socius, which included 200,000 sq ft of office space and 243 BTR apartments.
